Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of placing your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with its original labels and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at bellayuta01@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page and include your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Because our products are fulfilled through different European and international fulfillment locations, the correct return address depends on the item and will be provided after your request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions and an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made products cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us if you have questions about the eligibility of a particular item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. After your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If an order is delivered to a customer in the European Union, the customer generally has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

Returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with their original labels and packaging. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable European Union law.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing generally takes 3–7 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
